Why Should Our Church Sign Up As A Drop-Point?

Posted on March 09, 2016 by Matthew Tims

I've been a worship leader on church staff and I've been a volunteer worship musician. Both roles are tough to be in.  You're either relying on a volunteer musicians to scurry between life and church, or you're trying to figure out a way to prepare for rehearsals despite working an 8-5, having 2 kids, and squeezing in a part time job to pay off student loans.

Here's the truth, you have volunteers who skip lunch at work, clock out early, and bypass dinner with their family to make sure they have everything they need for church rehearsals.  Signing up as a drop point for the Coming Hour Church Delivery Service is one small gesture that will go a long way in showing your appreciation to your staff and volunteers.

  1. It's 100% free for churches to register, as long as you have regular hours in the afternoon to sign for packages.
  2. Volunteers can have a few supplies delivered to the church in preparation for evening rehearsals.
  3. You can even utilize the service as a busy church staff member.
  4. Your musicians will appreciate you.

Ready to sign up?  All it takes is emailing matt@cominghour.com with your church name and address, then letting your musicians know what you've done for them!  Then it's as easy as placing an order online, and selecting "Church Dropoff", and we'll have it there in the afternoon for them.
